I remember reading something about cutting with nested families is possible since 22, 23?

I just tried nesting one family (nothing in it but the void), and cutting the geometry in the host, but it's a no go. Both generic families.

Did I imagine that this is possible, or am I missing a step somewhere?

The nested void family is a face based, with the void cutting the solid host.

Hm, still can't get it to work. Just to be clear, I don't need the nested void family to cut geometry in project, I need it to cut geometry of the host family.
