Can we use the model-in-place components in another project? If it is yes, please explain ?

I have created a parametric kitchen cabinet in model in place. I want to use the same in another projects. Is there a proper way to export as a family and use it.

Yes , you can.

Wile in Edit mode , select all items and make a Group>Save As>Library>Group

It will save the group as an editable Family
