Can there be a custom "text box" on title blocks (not through project information)?

I know you can make custom labels through shared parameters which you then fill out through project information, but those are the same on every sheet.

Can there be a completely custom "text field" in which you could write what ever you want, different on every sheet?

Why not jut put a plain text on it once you make a sheet? Because I want a text field in which others can write but can't move it, change font or mess with it in any way. This way it would always be there, always the same size, font, in the same position, ready to be filled.

Add a label to the titleblock family. Associate it to a new text shared parameter. Then, in the project, open Project Parameters, add a new project parameter, from your shared project parameters file, select the text parameter that you created in the family. Associate it to Sheets. Make it an instance. Then, this can display any text that you write on any sheet.

Add the shared parameter to Sheets category, not Project Info category, in the project.

Note to those who stumble on this thread.

When you add a parameter under sheet category, do not select the title block and look for it in its properties. You access this one by having nothing selected on the sheet.
