Can't use Parallel or Perpendicular Object snap on Rotate Tool

I'm having a problem on aligning many off-angle(around 4-5 degree off) from gridline elements to make it parallel , its seems like I can't overide the snap perpendicular with Rotate tool which should be work the same way as when we drawing a line to perpendicular or parallel the with refference. 

For now I need to draw a detail line that parallel with the grid line and drag it to the end point of the object the rotate the object to match with the detail line then delete the line , So is there anyway to make it easier to rotate the object to be parallel with the refference object in this case the gride line ???

Maybe you can try this workaround:
- Show Workplane > rotate/align work plane with grid > rotate elements (they snap with the work plane).
