Can't place rooms

Hi,

I checked almost every single post about this problem and couldn't find the solution. I'm trying to place rooms but Revit is ignoring all the walls, doors, windows, ceiling and only allowing me to place one big room in the external walls area. I checked everything is Room bounding and the doors and windows are room calculation points but still no way I could place any room. I tried to put room separators but it's giving me a warning that there's an overlapping room separators in place, I turned the lines on and checked and there's none in the entire project! I checked it's not hidden either..I made a new plan and tried to place it on and still couldn't.

the level computation height is 0.0 and it's an inherited project so I'm expecting anything to be the reason.

Help please, I'm losing my mind here.

please check base offset of walls.

To provide an accurate answer, I need to review the file.

all walls are on the floor level, also the doors, I had this problem with the GF WC but it was resolved when I unticked the room calculation point off the window. I tried the same with FF windows and doors and still nothing. here's the model hope you can solve it.

the rooms outside hosts are the ones should be in, I noticed them and kept them for reference.

I have now fixed it, it was the Upper limit that I kept as first floor and was offsetting from there. thank you.
