Can't place curtain wall on curved floor slab

hi new poster here,
I have a tower as a university project I need to complete, ran into an issue while attempting to place curtain walls onto curved floor slabs ( I wish I just created a non-curved building ), I created the beginning walls on different levels by inducing a vertical grid, I'm trying to pick a line to do the curtain wall and that line being curved I suppose is what creates the problem, the first issue I ran into was not being able to Offset whatsoever which I mainly ignored and thought of thinking of it at a later time, but then the second issue arose which was that for one of the slabs ontop although bigger than other slabs, revit refused completely to even pick a line, I can't post a screenshot as it won't provide any valuable error so I attached the file below, any help would be appreciated since I really gave up on doing research to no avail.

when you say curved slab do you mean like this?

using Revit 2021 i created the curved floor slab applied a curtain wall set the grid 

to smooth out the curved panels increase the number of vertical grids

Yes it’s similar to that, an issue that might be different tho is the fact that all of my slab is curved, just to different degrees and more inconsistent, I tried adding vertical grids maybe I can retry soon with an extra amount, thing is realistically I wouldn’t want them to be too small too and I still have no clue why they refuse to offset at all when I use pick line function. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

i created this kidney shaped slab and added a curtain wall system using pick lines. I haven't changed any settings or adjusted any mullions or other grids n the first image. Note the settings for vertical and horizontal grids. Second image i adjusted the number of vertical and horizontal grids from 4 to 6 in the properties pallette.

confirm your curtain wall settings are correct.
place the curtain wall 

make any adjustments to the vertical grids after a curtain wall is in place try starting with no grids and add them as needed

I know what you mean, those steps usually work with me but that's the whole reason why I made this post because it really is unexplainable why it refused to pick those lines from the slab, and even weirder that it still refuses to offset on all of my slabs, either way I kind of avoided this by having to create a whole other slab for the top floors of the tower, if you can find any solution or possibly open my file you might be able to recreate the problem, if anyone does in future I would still very much appreciate it if I was able to use my original idea, either way thank you for your effort Kadmonkee :D.

which version of Revit are you using?
have you tried a negative offset? the offset distance may be causing the issue because it is beyond the point of recognizing the pick lines of the slab
another thought is place a standard wall then change it to a curtain wall

You can't pick a spline to create a curtain wall.

Another way is create a mass from the spline line, then create a curtain system by face.

I tried doing the standard wall then conversion but revit also refused to create a standard wall, with negative offset I did get it to work but only for specific distances, for example at 2 meters it would let me anything closer wouldn't work, sorry for the late reply very busy week at university.

I'll attempt that and get back to you on how it works out for me using the mass idea. 

After trying it seems that revit refused to pick those lines to create the mass that I needed. Is it possible that the issue is with the curves themselves therefore not allowing me to create it.

I looked at you file and apparently, you create the smaller floor by offsetting the half-ellipse boundary of the larger floor.  That created a non-conforming curve (not an actual partial ellipse and missing the middle node), hence you are getting the issue that you described.  I would recreate the smaller floor using partial ellipse tool, instead of offsetting the existing ellipse.
