Can't open a StechUp model after import into Revit

I need to import a SketchUp model 2018 into Revit 2017 or 2018 but can't open the SketchUp model. May I know why? Thank you in advance for your help.

Save the sketchup file to an older version such as 2013 before import in Revit.
