Can't make type, symbolic lines?

Hello!

I have created a family which has a default height parameter and the problem I have is with the symbolic lines. When I load it in to a project its says "Can't make type" and when I expand the error message I can see that the symbolic lines is the issue. I have modelled the object native in Revit and then created symbolic lines as I always do. So like I said, I guess the problem is the Default Height parameter that is the problem. I can't change the height parameter in the family either and I have tried to copy and paste the lines. Anyone who has any suggestions that can help? Thanks!
