Can't join pillars using Onbox

Hi

I was testing onbox plugin and trying to join walls with pillars but I was not recognizing the pillars. For some reason walls and floors work perfectly. how can i fix it ?

What are the properties of the "pillar"?  The fact that it doesn't join with the wall doesn't tell me anything. Lot's of things don't join to walls.

It joins but only manually. The problem is in the onbox feature that is not working

is that vertical even supported anymore? What version of Revit are you using?

2019?!  Well, maybe that's the problem.  How would it be compatible with 2019?
