Can't find the "Get home use license link under Requests"

I have a Revit 2014 Student Licence which I've been using for two years, The subscription is ending tomorrow and I want to reactive my existing student licence. I'm following the instructions of how to extend my home licence provided by Autodesk, however I can't find the "Click the Get home use license link under Requests" It does not exist in my account.

These are the steps I'm completing below per AutoDesk.

To request a Home Use license for a network license server:

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account at accounts.autodesk.com.
  2. Select Management to view your Products & Services.
  3. Locate the software title with maintenance plan and click the More actions link below the Download button.
  4. Click the Get home use license link under Requests.

I can get as far as step 3 but I'm unable to find step #4.

Please help,

Kenneth

Hello  @Anonymous

Effective March 21, 2016 Educational and Student Licenses are not eligible for Home Use anymore.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/home-use/eligible-product-list

However; the educational license for some products offers "2 Seats"; meaning you may use that particular on two personal computures (NOT simultaneously) ... Hence; you will have to consult the licensing information which you have received via email from Autodesk to determine whether you are eligible for that or not.

Your statement contradicts itself... Unless there is a missing part to that statement

  1. Student license is a 3 years term license..
  2. It is not a subscription
  3. AND it cannot be ending tomorrow if you have it since 2 years!!!! you should still have 1 year to go

@Anonymous  As long as you are still in school, you can receive another license.  Sign in with your Autodesk ID (Top Right corner, select Education Community) at http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/revit   You may be asked to input your school credentials again.  If it is accepted you can get a licenses from 2014 to 2017.  HTH

I still believe you should have 1 year left on the educational license for Revit 2014

But in the event you want to extend the student license...you will need to submit a support request to Education Community on the following link and you might/will be requested to provide a formal attestation from the School/University confirming that you are still a student. (It will not extend the license of the same product version through the education community online login)
