are they annotation line then you can just delete them, try to unlink any links to see if they are yours or not. Share a part for proper identification if not solved.
Or maybe try to see if the line on the sheet over the view instead inside of views, so u can t delete them from activating the view , maybe they are just overlaying from sheet or any CAD plans.
