Can't delete workset

Workset1 cannot be deleted.

I'm trying to delete the first workset which is covered by the markup.

Ask the borrower to sync the model, then you sync the model, then you should be able to delete it.

Is there a way to get the borrower to relinquish control? They are unavailable for a month.

Try to close and reopen the model Detach from Central, delete the workset, then save it to central.
