When I create a split region, I get the split region height dimension in the section preview of my wall type, but when I go back to the wall type later in a session, the dimension does not appear, even if I click the region split line. Any clue why this is happening?

...maybe a driver update is available.

If it wasn'ta memory issue as I mentioned in the response just before this, it was something in the procedure I was following. In any case, all the work was done in the 'edit' mode. I redid some and it's working now. Thank you.
