Can Revit run ok on a laptop with an Intel Iris Xe graphic card? Will it be possible to do 3D orbiting and renderings on Revit with this integrated graphic card?

For small projects it maybe okay.

But will it run better if that integrated Intel Iris xe graphics card is on a Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 with an Intel Core i7 13ª Gen and 16 gb of RAM? Will it be ok for orbiting and rendering bigger projects if this is the case?

I am also having issues with Revit and the Intel Iris Xe graphics card. The rendering of 3d camera views is very slow along with creating pdfs of drawings. Just installed new drivers. Using a LG gram with Intel Evo i7 chip, 16 GB of RAM, Windows 11 pro. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The culprit is your 16 GB of ram.  You need at least 32 GB to run Revit nowadays.  But yes, the built-in Intel graphics chip is also not ideal for Revit.  That laptop as a whole is for mobility, not a powerhouse.
