Revit - Design Options changes on each sheet

It seems that this is a common problem for Design Options. I have my sheets set up, but when I change from one option to another it changes on both sheets. I've gone into the VG and Design Options tab and changed them to their respective sheets, but this does not seem to change anything.  

Below is a screenshot of when I'm on the Option 1 sheet but with the Option 2 view selected. This doesn't happen on any other sheet. 

Hope to hear from any of you with helpful suggestions. I'm at a loss for what to do here. Thanks for reading.

Change the design option for each view via VG-visibility/graphics. Not sheet 🙂

You are editing a design option.  After you are done editing, finish and set the active to main model then all views with different design options will show properly.

As said by @gustavtornblom set which option is active in the view.

You can set this in Properties > Visible in Option
