My publish status in the Revit app is "Latest Published" with the green check, but I have the loading circle in BIM 360. Can I work in the model while that is still loading without corrupting my model? On a deadline, but we had to publish.

well, Revit wont let do anything else while publishing.. but you ca always open another Revit session to work on your file as a workaround.

yes. i recommend publishing with the schedule, outside of work hours. some models takes more than a hour. but you could accelerate it by NOT publishing any sheets.
