from Format , chose Hidden Field to hide the column you want

I'm not sure what exactly you don't' want to show. you don't want to show the parameter you sort by?

This is what I do. I added some useful naming to my numbering scheme and use that to help me find sheets when they are collapse. that way it also is easier to add a sheet in a discipline or to assign the order number to multiple sheets at once.

Okey Now imagine that I don't want to see the disciplins. For example Electrical or mechanical and so on. I want the decipline to be hidden in the sheet list but see the sub-items

I don't think project browser has a "hide" feature like in schedules. Most things you learn by trial and error, so poke around and see if a setting makes it look better to you.

I haven't tried out Revit 2025 yet. But they introduced "collections" to sheets. Maybe there is more and that can be employed to do what you want. Use collections instead of your parameter? You have to try to see.

Just make sure if you find a solution for the project browser, that you also can do that for PDF export. I assume you want a PDF show the sheets in the same order.
