Nope. Curtain wall mullions are made up of just Profiles. So create a profile with the shape of the column. But I guess you already thought about that. Or place a structural column and place the curtain wall against it.

No, I meant what is the construction in the real world. I get that you are trying to "cross-purpose" Curtain Walls to model it. That's obvious.
Also, I don't understand what I'm looking at in your screenshot.
Construction in the real world is the structural columns first, then infilled with glass panels and doors
So I guess there is my answer, dont include them in a curtain wall!

I would place structural columns separately.

Yes, model it the way it will be built. Curtain Walls are non-structural "skins".
