Can area boundary lines be view-specific?

I am creating space programming plans to show to a client. I'm needing to have three different options to show. Currently, I have created three area plans (copies of the original floor plan) and was planning to use area boundaries to separate the spaces and then using a color fill scheme to differentiate between the spaces. However, the area boundaries are not view-specific and are showing up on all three options. Is there a way to change the area boundary lines to be view-specific? Or is there a better way to go about this?

if you need 3 options for areas, you will need to create 3 different area Schemes

Create different Area schemes and Create Area Plans, area boundaries, and areas separately for each scheme.
