Feeling extremely stupid - but can a filled region not mask annotations?
I have a situation where my client last-minute decided to bid only part of the project due to funding, so I'm adding a "Limit of Construction" line to the bid documents. I'd like to half-tone everything outside of the construction limit - was thinking the easiest way to do that is to just add a white filled region to the sheet itself and make the transparency 50%.
It works for the geometry, but doesn't mask the annotations, even with the filled region on the sheet and not in the view. I thought there was a way to mask annotations - can anyone confirm or got any ideas?
Attaching a screenshot of the mentioned filled region in yellow to showcase my point (haven't overridden the transparency yet). The filled region in the screenshot is on the sheet, not the view.
This project is in Revit 2022.
