Callout that references a view in a legend

I have a site plan populated with families, i.e. a dumpster family. I have created a legend with the dumplster floor plan, North elevation, and an East elevation.  How can I reference the site plan callout to the dumplster ledend. 

Or how can I label each of the 3 dumpster family view and have the site plan call out reference, in this case the dumpster floor plan.

Instead of using Legend Views,

Why not just create an Enlarged Plan of the typical Dumpster, add your Elevations, and make a Sheet and place all the Views on it.  Then on the Site Plan, use a Callout to reference the Enlarged Plan, which will take you to the Sheet.

You cannot reference Legend (and Assembly views) with Callout, Elevation, Section tags.  The only way for now is using a View Reference with a built-in or manually drawn graphic for for callout/section/elevation symbols.
