Is there a way to get Revit to update changes to Callout Heads? I had to change the width factor and when I reload it into the project it isn't updating. I tried deleting the callout head altogether and just reloading, but once it was reloaded the callout would then no longer show the callout head???

You don't change in the family. Do it in Project, under Object Styles,
Annotations.

How do I change the text width factor in the Object Styles Window?

Not there. For text, select a piece of and edit type text. For label, edit
family, select a text or label and edit type.

Yes, and that's my issue. When I edit the family so I can modify the width factor of the label it doesn't update the width factor in the project after loading it back in.

It should work. Did you open the correct callout family? Find out by edit a callout type in project and see which family it uses.
Ps: i gave you the wrong answer in my 1st reply. I thought you were asking about the width of the callout lineweight.

Yep, triple checked to make sure it was the correct Callout Head. I've had issues with Revit not updating things, I've had to completely delete them and reload them for any changes to take effect. The issue is with this callout head when I do that, even though the callout head shows up in family list, it shows up as blank when I assign it to the callout.. Meaning I have a leader line that leads to nothing even though the proper callout is assigned. Revit is such a headache at times haha.
