HOW DO I GET MY VOLUME CALCULATION FOR A FLOOR TO BE EXACT, ANYTHING UNER 1 CY SHOWS AS 0 VOLUME?

Format tab > select the Volume field > Field Format > Uncheck Use project Settings > change Rounding to as many decimal places as you need.

I think 1/100000000000 is the most "exact" you're going to get with Revit.  I heard ArchiCAD can do 1/1000000000000.
