CALCULATED PARAMETER COLUMN ON A SCHEDULE.. CALCULATE MINIMUM

Hi,

I'm trying to develop a light and ventilation schedule. Due to several requests, I must list the doors and windows that contribute. Since the light and ventilation parameters are fixed percentages (8% and 4% of room area), those are listed as the same area on a per window/door basis for every room in the schedule. I wanted to use the "calculate minimum" feature (or maximum), but I think what happens is that Revit can't choose one, because all quantities are equal. Is there a work around this?
