Normally I make everything in CAD 1 layer, run explode, run purge, and save down to 2007. I use ACAD 2020 and Revit 2020. Only the title block is showing on my import, not the site lines. Attaching the CAD file.
When I dropped your dwg. into my model, everything showed up fine. Try checking your (vv) visibility graphics overrides. and go to imported categories and select all the layers in your dwg. file that you want to be visible.
This is not solving the issue on my end. I made all the site lines layer 0, which is selected as visible. Links are also selected as visible. attaching a screenshot.
