Button "C" Not working while i running revit 2019 on windows 10

As my topic , Is anyone have the same problem with me?

while revit running on windows 10 ,  i cannot type "c" in any program but "C capital" and " ctrl+c  " are still working.

i try to fix by turn off filters keyboard and uninstall driver and another program that might be cause of this error , finally i found that its cause of revit 2019.

I use Windows 10 and Revit 2019 but I _ant repli_ate that. Do you use a different language?

I use english (uk) keyboard with Thai language . It has same problem as english keyboard then i try to change english layout to others but it still have same problem with C
