Building elevations annotations visible in first floor and not visible in ground floor

Hello good people, kindly help me here, three of the four building elevations annotations symbols are visible in the first floor, but not on the ground floor, on the ground floor, only one of them is visible, what could be the problem, ive tried several tricks but not working, ive tried ensuring the plan and elevations are in the same phase, also ensuring that the discipline is set to coordination for both plans and elevations, will appreciate your help, thanks

• Uncrop the ground floor plan view and see if the elevation is outside of the crop region
• Turn on crop region if the elevation and make sure it covers the ground floor level
