Bug Revit 2024.1: Project Browser showing a website and not Project tree

It looks like I accidentally dragged a URL from my Chrome browser into the Revit project browser and it switched to the website I dragged in.   I'm not sure how to get it back to the project browser tree?  Is there another file I can drag into the window to get it to show up?

Actually shutting Revit down, and attempting to load the file gave an error message saying there was an error with an external reference (may be unrelated...).   A second load everything worked again and the project browser was back to a normal, collapsed view.
