'Bring to Front' Command

On my Revit I do not have the 'Bring to Front' Command to make my floor plans correct. I have googled the solutions but nothing is working. Does anyone know why this command is not showing?

Bring to front/back happens when you have 2d elements like fill region, masking region, detail lines or detail families. It won't work for any 3d model objects.

as @syman2000 said, that only works with certain types of elements. What exactly is it your trying to do? How are your floor plans InCorrect?

This only works with certain elements... 2D stuff.  What exactly are you trying to bring forward or back?
