please i have finished the BPAC CERTIFICATE ALL LESSONSCOMPLTED BUT I DIDNT GET THE CERTIFICATE

I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ALOT OF TIMES HERE

Complete the BPA Certificate and earn a “Certificate”

@Anonymous  This is a public user forum...we don't have contact with Autodesk staff unless they happen to stop by.

Considering the pages are not found, my guess it you found a loophole into a site that isn't maintained anymore.

I guess this thread goes to show that bellowing requests at mostly anonymous people into a mainly empty room will get you an answer.  Go figure.  😕

Please tell me how your problem solved, because I am facing the same,

I just finished Autodesk Building Performance Analysis Certification courses. After I completed the mandatory survey in the end of 7 courses I noticed that to write the code as it is appear, but there were no codes, then I went through the next page (Final BPAC Quiz) then, Failed. I cannot take the certification tell I complete (Final BPAC Quiz) which need the mentioned code Please advice.

Hi,

I have completed my BPA course today. However, I could not get my certificate as the final quiz page does not register the code I enter. Screenshots of code which I received and the message that Final Quiz page gives are attached.

Please issue me the BPA certificate as I have spent a lot of time on this course.

Hi,

After posting my previous comments, I signed into the BPAC course website from a different device and again completed the final survey. I noted down the code and put this code into the final quiz question. The code was accepted this time and I got my certificate.

So to conclude, if you miss noting down the code or if the code does not work the first time, sign in from a different device, take the survey and put the code in to get your certificate.
