Bluebeam does not work, what is a better pdf convertor?

I am using REVIT 2016 and the latest realease of Bluebeam Revu CAD software.  The Bluebeam software provides an Add-In to my version of Revit 2016 but I have had nothing but problems with Bluebeam.

After several emails back and forth between the tech department at Bluebeam they informed me of the following:

"This is an issue that we're aware of with Revu 2016, 2015 and Revit 2016.

We're looking to have it corrected with the Revu 2016.1 release.

I can't provide you a time-frame as when this release will be available but it is a top priority.

In the meantime what you'll need to do is print the missing sheets individually using the Bluebeam plugin."

So what I am suppose to do?  I have approximately 40 sheets per project that I am engaged with at the moment.  I need to convert my .rvt files to .pdf for plotting to my print shop.  And Bluebeam tells me that I have to print the sheets INDIVIDUALLY?  Really?

On top of that, the Bluebeam Add-in has been unsuccessful at converting one Electrical Plan.  I've tried to convert that ONE sheet FIVE times and I get a error message.

What software is highly recommended for REVIT 2016 that can reliably convert .rvt files into .pdf files?

Print to the Bluebeam PDF printer...don't use the Add-in.

Our Revit 2016 add-ins for Bluebeam were disabled because they don't work.  Printing to the PDF printer works fine.

I selected Bluebeam PDF as the printer and hit OK and nothing happens.

What exactly were you trying to print?  Did you select sheets, the current view?

Can you share what your Print setup looks like when you have Bluebeam PDF selected?  It works just fine for me.

I simply selected one sheet, Sheet E1.0. Not the current view.

When I click OK, nothing happens.

This is the one sheet that the Add-In refused to convert.  

Here is the screen shots of the error message when the Add-In was not working and also, the Print Window.

Like I mentioned before, I have been using Bluebeam for pdf conversions for years.  Never had a problem up until about 6 months ago.  Both with 2015 and 2016.  I am really desparate.  I have some angry clients who don't really want to hear about my "bluebeam" issues.

Does anyone have an alternate method or software for rvt to pdf conversion that is successful?

I'm wondering if by disabling the add-in within Revit is why we can print just fine?

An option that I use with my home computer is PDF Creator.  Just don't let it install the junkware if you are too quick to click.

Use Xrev. You won't use anything else ever again.

download the trial and get your printing done, it comes with its own inbuilt pdf maker BioPDF, so it always works. Never had a problem with it and I get a licence in every new office I go to. Any other PDF creator is hit and miss.

I love xRev..just don't need it for what I do now.  But it's also nice that it can pull project/titleblock parameters for filenaming.  Works out great when you need to print to PDF, print actual sheets and export to DWG.  Oh, and only one person needs to do so.

I am now using a trial version of PDF Architect 4.  Seems to work rather nicely.  And the tech support was FAST.

I will probably purchase this software and be done with Bluebeam.

I recommend that you try Docuflow from the Autodesk App Store. It handles sheets in all sizes and orientations automatically.

Bluebeam is a software that from a company that is competitor to Autodesk, and we have noticed that it is not optimised as it could have been for Revit.

Just checked quickly the link of "docuflow" which you refer to and it states that the software runs as a full functional trial for 7 days. 

After 7 days, what is what it would not do?

After 7 days, how much will it cost (if it will) for it to run as a fully functional software?

BlueBeam does work quite well with Revit for me.
