blocks plugin issue

i recently got the blocks plugin for my revit and used a lot of the blocks available to finish a project, but when i go to render it, it shows a message saying - file could not be translated error code -1. i got in touch with blocks and they told me its an autodesk issue, can someone please help with this? i already updated my revit and retried but was faed with the same problem.

First, which version of Revit are you using?

Not knowing what the "blocks" plug in is, I had to search for it. Don't know much about it sadly.

Are you rendering in the cloud? Is there any possibile way of using Twinmotion or Enscape to finish the rendering in?
