Blend of two shapes at different heights

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I have two circular extrusions at different heights that I want to connect see below. When I blend the two shapes it has curves between the two shapes but I want a straight connection. 

I hope this makes sense.

I would use blend

Just draw top and bottom profile and you should get the blend
