BLANK DATA LINE IN REVISION SCHEDULE

I have one revision in my project.  I created a new schedule, but when I added it to my cover sheet, it includes a blank data line above Revision 1.  Why is this there?  How do I correct it?

If you don't want to add the revision to the Sheet, you can do this. Add the filter and it will hide the extra line. I do recommend putting the revision to the titleblock to avoid these issue in the future.
