Blank Ceiling Plans

I've been working on the floor plan in my project, and just opened the ceiling plan to add a ceiling and lights, but it appeared completely blank. I have very little experience with Revit and don't know why this is. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah I looked at that a little, but don't know much about it. Should the floor plan and ceiling plan show the same thing?

Do you have Walls placed on the Associated Level? If so, Zoom to Fit.

Here's a handy cheat-sheet to reference when you can't find "stuff":

...also keep in mind that you are looking up in Ceiling Views and that the View Range Settings for a Ceiling Plan behave differently from View Ranges in Plan View.

...if there is nothing intersecting the View Range, then there is nothing to "see" in a Ceiling Plan.

Thanks! I was able to solve the problem by just deleting and recreating the ceiling plan.

You can see from your screenshots that the Floor plan view is under Project Completion phase and the Ceiling plan view is under A10 Substructure phase.  Change the ceiling phase to Project Completion to match the Floor Plan.
