BIM360: Possible to fetch local copy when computer freezes?

Hi fellas!

We're working in BIM360 (cloud), my computer just froze when I tried a plugin.
Is it possible to fetch a local copy or a backup in some way?

If you open the project normally, Revit will check your local file to make sure it's not newer than the one on BIM360 and ask you if you want to use that one instead. It's best to try it this way before accessing the local directly.
