BIM Standards

Hi all,

My cruosity is what is the maximum valid BIM standard all around the world? As i know, NBIMS ( Us) and BSI-PAS (Uk) are best known. but i mixed a lil bit. for example i am not sure the relationship between buildint smart and standards or buildint smart-nbims. etc.

It depends your country if you do not have any i recomend you use the LOD of BIM Forum, the NBIMS and the ISO 19650 I  y II is the translation of the PAS but for  international standars

I'm curious to know why you are curious.  But, for what it is worth, there is no "maximum valid BIM standard all around the world".  Hence, the competing BIM Standards. 

...I'll add that there are regional standards that trump the standards you mentioned. For instance, Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District has its own Regional San Project BIM Standards.
