BIM Interoperability Tools

While trying to use the BIM Interoperability Tools Classification Manager Setup, then there is a dialogue box saying that Revit could not complete the external command, see attached file. Please help in resolving this issue.

Hi, I faced a similar situation before. What I have done to resolve this is to reinstall the BIM interoperability tools (with Revit is close), delete the addins from the Addins folder and restart the computer and it works afterwards. Maybe give a try?
