My Revit 2017 and 2018 are not loading my BIM 360 Team folders. I click the icon and it just gets stuck in "loading" and never moves past that.

Hi @alfonzogary

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Is your Revit updated to the latest builds?

Which windows version are you on?

Please see this article: BIM 360 Team keeps Loading in Revit for recommendations.

Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.

Hi @alfonzogary

Did you see this article for recommendations and try to adjust your internet settings?

Try this:

  • Logout of your Autodesk account.
  • Restart Revit
  • Log on again.

Also, make sure that:

  • your BIM 360 Team account is in good standing (that you have access).
  • that the Revit model is still in the same version that you have

Okay, he said there are some window server security updates he is installing on the server. Maybe after that everything will be back to normal. I'll post the results.

That fixed it. Security updates on the server. Once those were installed everything started running normal. Thanks for your time.

Hi There, @Viveka_CD

Our entire office is having the same issue. The BIM 360 is not showing up. I checked and everything was update on my window. Could you please let me know how can I get it fix or contact someone?

Best,
Zak

Hi @ZakMDMSN6

Please install the patch for the TLS issue, see Transport Layer Security (TLS): Updates Required to Maintain Software Access

If the above fix does not help, please try the below

  1. Move the Revit.exe.config file from the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 20XX folder to a location outside the Revit Programs Files folder (e.g. the Desktop).
  2. In the Windows Control Panel, repair the Revit install (NOT the Collaboration for Revit install). This will result in the creation of a new Revit.exe.config file.
  3. Alternatively you could replace the affected config file with one from computer where the Revit works properly

Let me know if this helps and if you have additional questions.

Regards,

The recommendation is to download the necessary patches from the Account portal, or through the Autodesk Desktop App. Here is our page on 2019 patches: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-tran.... Are you able to access what you need from there?

Thanks,

Scott

I don't believe the download I'm looking for is showing up under "all products" in the portal and the desktop app. What would be the name of the patch that will fix this problem for Revit 2019?
