BIM 360 says a user has the file open, but user is not in the file and I cannot open it

The file is linked into a central, i have published the latest and it shows my username as the most recent. The user is not in the file and has not been for a month. This is happening with all linked files for this project.

One trick is to open the settings menu and write the name of the person in the text where your name is, If you then reopen revit you can access the file as the person you put in.

Ask the person who "is" in it to open it and save it again.

Open with Detached those particular files.

Resave as central at the same location..

Ofcourse take the backup before doing this.
