Beam wall hatch graphics

Hi there, 

I would like to be able to see the beam fully hatched black under the floor ; that's how it is modelled except the thermal insulation comes forward. How can i fix this issue?

Just join it to the floor, but before doing so, just make sure the insulation is not set as "structural" type
