Beam - trim/align ?

Hello, 

Could you please help me a little bit

I have that case from pic bellow

I want to trim beams but Revit always put it to the wall/slab edge.

Red part to be removed

The wall bellow is 50cm because it's kind of pilaster

Align with crossing beam face didn't work and trim also.

For the protocol I'm a newbie in Revit and sorry if question is silly

Disallow Auto Join.
