I am attempting to create a beam system but am having an issue. I have selected my beam points and have placed the system (Fixed Number Layout Rule). The system places, however, in 3D it becomes apparent that my beam "joists" are not connected to one of the perpendicular side beams by virtue of the fact that they are significantly shorter... its as if the beam system tool is not recognizing one of the exterior beams. This is an issue because though I can use "Beam Join" to connect the beams, I am trying to connect the 3 beams that form the outer perimeter. In one corner I can connect and click the "lock" button forming a mitered corner, but in another corner the outside face beam will not connect to the perpendicular side beam the same way in that I may use the lock button. I'd like to lock the outside corners so I can manipulate the entire system. Any thoughts?
