Beam end

When I draw a beam, the actual end line automaticaly goes beyond the end point I specify.

How can I eliminate that gap? Please see attached image:

Within the Beam Family this is a functionality for offset and automatic cutbacks.

Are you placing/nesting a Beam in a Family or is this in a model?

If placing Family this is a Structural Framing trait and i can repeat here and is built into this Family Type and would recommend creating a Manual Beam Representation using the same Profile from the Structural Framing Family to create it rather than nesting.

Disallow Join of Beams just like you Disallow Join of Walls.
