Batch Printing not in some projects

Revit 2023 LT

When trying to batch print from the Print dialog box… pressing the “Select” button in the Print Range box .. nothing happens. I cannot select the views/sheets.

NOTE: this only occurs on SOME projects, not all project. And only since I upgraded to 2023 LT (from 2022LT).

This happens with PDF or directly to printer. Right now I am printing each sheet individually, this is time consuming.

Have you tried to use Export to PDF?

When in the PDF Export box and i press the pencil icon for the "Selected views/sheets" nothing happens (like the print dialogue box). I tried this with some projects where I CAN batch print and Export to PDF works and I can select views/sheets.
