Batch Print

when we are using batch print;

after choose the printer

and pres the print button;

it's giving attached error message

We are using Revit 2015. It's updated

What kind of printer are you using? What model printer? Often printers must have a specific driver installed for drafting programs.

Thanks for your reply. Plotter is KIP3100 (4 years old)

Before we were not living this problem.

For the last 3 weeks; we can see this error while we use batch print

@Anonymous hello, check your connection from printer to computer, and try to print from other machines if the problem still occur. thanks
