batch copy families to new library

We need to copy all the families from our template to a library so we can copy all into a new template.  What is this quickest way to do this?

Open a new Project from your current Template. In the file click R > Save-As > Library > Family. Save the families somewhere, open your new Template and load in all your families. Don't forget to upgrade them first before you load then into the new Template....this is assuming you are upgrading your Template.
