Find or create your own family file. Find the folders on your computer that contain your family libraries. Save the file into those folders somewhere.

Try BIM Object or ARCAT websites. If not, run a search for sporting equipment. Find a family that is close to what you want. It doesn't have to be perfectly identical to what you need - just enough information to make it read correctly on your plan drawings would do. 

Families that are too detailed and complex would create problems for the model. FYI.

Is this something that will be used frequently? Then I would save the family to the centralized library. If it's something that will not be used very often, then I would save it to a folder that contains project-specific materials.
