Baluster placement

Stair tread is 11", plan to place baluster in 3 treads = 2'9". Automatic placement is on the edge of the tread, possibly to shift the baluster only to center of the tread?

@linkboy 

In addition to @barthbradley's  adjustment of the post spacing, you also need to change the post justification to start at the beginning of the run and extend the length of the guard-rail to get the 3rd post on the top landing @ 2' 9" from the 2nd post on the 5th step.
