Baluster per tread on spiral stairs

When I assign 4 balusters per tread on a spiral stairs it doesn't give me 4 balusters. How do I put 4 balusters on tread if it's a spiral stair?

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

You can modify the modify Baluster distances by the following steps:

Select the railing and click Edit Type. Go into the baluster placement option. Modify types of balusters as required, and Adjust distances and offsets.
